We are approaching the anniversary of a major bomb attack in Copenhagen. The extreme wings have become dominant. Radicalization around the country has increased. The next parliamentary elections are coming up, and Martin Nordahl, a strong nationalist politician from the newly formed National Movement party, is predicted to win a historic landslide victory and become prime minister. Slowly but surely, 19-year-old Zakaria embarks on a radical and dangerous path that could cost him and his family everything. Along the way, he meets Ali, who is fighting his own battles and carrying a deadly secret. As the countdown to the most important election in Denmark in recent history begins, Zakaria and Ali are forced towards a crucial decision that will have consequences for everyone.
