Exile

Exile is about a family man, Adam, who starts following a strange woman without knowing why. He is almost magically drawn to the woman, as if he has known her all his life, and slowly he is driven further and further away from his own wife and child. The story is set in a realistic setting, but as Adam's world begins to fall apart, the external world begins to crack and everything around him feels and behaves differently. We slowly learn that Adam has had a heart transplant and his heart belongs to the deceased husband of this strange woman. A tragedy that ends in the destruction of Adam and the world.
